What is the service hour of the clinic?

The Medical Clinic is Open: Monday to Friday: 9/10am to 5pm/8pm Saturday: 9am to 5pm *Refer to Google *The above hours are subjective to doctor or physiotherapist availabilities The Pharmacy is Open: Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm Saturday: 9am to 6pm Sunday: 9 to 12 pm/3pm The Clinic and Pharmacy will be closed on Public Holiday.
How can patients get referrals and review?

Our Centre is working as a multi-disciplinary team. You will get referred to other health care professions as appropriate.
How long will it take to get an appointment?

As soon as a same-day appointment.
What should I do if I have an urgent medical issue outside of the medical centre's hours of operation?

You may go to the hospital emergency department for any urgent medical issues when it is outside the centre's service hour.
Will the rehab/physio sessions be painful/cause any pain?

Yes. There could be some soreness during an after-therapy session. However, it is normal to experience some discomfort so long as the pain isn't excruciating. Your therapist will explain the discomfort in which you may experience.
What form of payment does the medical centre accept?

We offer a variety of payment options. We accept cash, credit/debit card, e-transfer and digital wallet.
Is the cost of a rehab/physio session covered by OHIP?

Unfortunately, our clinic is not OHIP-covered, because we are a private practiced clinic. However, if you are a senior looking for treatment, we do offer sessions at a discounted price, meaning you won't have to wait as long. Please bring your ID in order to receive the discount.
